Ordering From LikeFashion LTD:
Browse through our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout”. You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.
We try to process all orders within 24 hours. All orders received by 12.00pm GMT are shipped out the same day using Royal Mail 1st class recorded or optional Special Delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for Europe, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and 7-10days for United States and Australia.
Free delivery on all our products delivered to Mainland UK. LikeFashion uses Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery (aim 2-3days) for small items and Royal Mail 2nd Class for larger items: All products need to be sign for.
Special delivery/Next day delivery : This is an optional service and is available only for UK deliveries and for all orders received before 12pm GMT at additional cost of £4.99 . Please choose your required option at check out. You will be able to choose between free delivery Royal Mail 1st class recorded aim 2-3 days or add £4.99 for Special Next Day Delivery . For large items we will use our 24hrs courier service and please ensure someone will be at the location given to sign for the item, otherwise a delay may occur.
Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, etc) : Free delivery for small items : clothing, accessories up to 1.5kg using Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. For larger items please contact us for a shipping quote.
Overseas Shipping: We ship to Ireland and all European countries small packets up to 2.00kg for a flat rate of £9.99 per item +£2.50 for each additional item using Airmail Small Packets. For heavier or large items which exceed please contact us for a shipping quote. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order.
We accept payment by Credit Card (3D secure payment provider), PayPal Payments and Bank Transfer payment !
We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
Items lost or damaged:
If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us 07810 387923 or email us email@example.com with your order number and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
For lost or damaged items we usually replace them straightaway if they are still available in stock or you will have to option to choose another item or a full refund. We will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
